Here is Matt Hughes fighting Jose "Pele" Landi-Jons at Shidokan Jitsu Warriors which took place on 2/8/01 in Kuwait.
Hughes would go on to capture the UFC welterweight title just nine months after the fight, and eventually become inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame. Pele is known for being one the first high level Muay Thai practicioners in MMA, notching TKO's over Pat Miletich, Jorge Patino and Cyborg.
