Here is Roy Nelson fighting James McSweeney on the Ultimate Fighter 10 semi-final. With the victory, Roy made the TUF 10 Finale, where he KO'd previously undefeated Brendan Schaub for the TUF 10 title. Since he has KO'd Stefan Struve and lost a decision to #1 contender Junior dos Santos.
Nelson's contract with Square Ring promotions has officially ended, and a bout with Frank Mir is rumored for UFC 130 in May.

The technical side of Nelson's BJJ really takes over after he gets the double. Immediately gets wrist control, position, ect. Awesome BJJ.
