Here is Scott Sheely v. Cung Le in a San Shou kickboxing match featured in Strikeforce. At the time, Strikeforce was a kickboxing and full contact karate oriented organization that had events with the ISKA. They would be featured on ESPN 2 from time to time in the mid 90's.
San Shou kickboxing(also known as Sanshou, Sanda and Chinese Kickboxing) combines full contact kickboxing rules with brief takedowns, throws and sweeps.
