Here is TUF 17's Uriah Hall fighting Josh DeVore at a WCL kickboxing event in 2008. Hall (12-5, 5-3 UFC) is coming off the best win of his career after he defeated Gegard Mousasi via 2nd round TKO.
In class, I'll feel like I'm 100% technical and on point. Then I see a video of myself and I'm like ohhh god, that's sloppy. This was pretty early on in Hall's career, he's improved by leaps and bounds.
Not impressed. Sloppy.
ReplyDeleteUriah did pretty good in the TUF but unfortunatly he didn't win the Finale against Kelvin as almost everyone expected..
